Beta Culture(a) Innovators
Our BetaCulture/a Innovators are the heart of the Hub’s For Us, By Us, With Us model. They bring student voice, cultural knowledge, creativity, and emerging expertise directly into the work—helping us design experiences, engage communities, mentor the next generation, and imagine what comes next. BCIs do more than participate in the work; they help shape and co-create it. As they build real-world and technical skills, facilitation experience, and leadership capacity, they help ensure that innovation remains rooted in the people, cultures, and communities it is meant to serve.
